If you really like roses, you’ll be amazed by the Wilbourne Antique Rose Trail in Foley. It’s a one-mile path with lots of different kinds of roses to see.You can walk, bike, run or even just roll through this pretty trail and enjoy all the beautiful roses.The trail goes through downtown Foley  stretching from E. Section Ave. to E. Myrtle Avenue.The trail started in 2007 and is named after Wilbourne Kelly  who was a mayor of Foley and really liked roses and gardening. The city and volunteers look after the roses to make sure they stay healthy and look pretty.

It has two fenced areas, one for big dogs and one for small ones so they can play without leashes. There’s water for pets, supplies for cleaning up after them  and benches for owners to relax  some in shady spots.
